The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Brownfield’s Program recently awarded the City of Petaluma two City-wide Assessment Grants totaling $400,000 to evaluate petroleum and hazardous substance sites. The City selected ECON to administer the two assessment grants. From the City-wide assessment, ECON will identify 10 or more priority properties on which to perform a Phase I ESA investigation, and four or more properties on which to conduct a Phase II investigation.
